Remote Support Tool Installation Instruction
Client Side
1) Download software FlaxSupport.exe
2) Execute software FlaxSupport.exe
3) Click "Accept Connection" Button and remember to tell your connection ID and Authorization Code to our customer service officer to serve you as soon as possible. (See picture below)

4) Now, we can connect with your computer and preform the remote support. After connecting with your computer, you can see the moving of the mouse as the same time. Also, client have the right to click on the " Disconnention" or "Exit" to close the connection with our side.
**Remember to close the password setting of Screen Saver, otherwise the connection can not be processed.
